I have dealt with Precision before and they are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Dillon, the Tech that came to diagnose the problem with my old Garage Door Opener and ultimately replace and install my new Opener was great! Not only did he show up hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation at his end, but he did the install in record time and explained and walked me through the set up for MyQ and any wifi glitches that may arise. Dillon gets FIVE STARS! My dissatisfaction was that the "Residential Service Call" Fee of $83.95 was not removed once I decided to replace the opener after Dillon diagnosed the problem. In my experience that fee is charged only if you decide not to have any work done. I called the office to inquire about this and they stated that that fee is charged regardless. Additionally, and included with that Service Call Fee was a "Residential Fuel Surcharge" of $6.88, which in my opinion should be at the company's expense and not passed on to the consumer/customer. It's the Cost of Doing Business after all. My husband drives to work every day and is not reimbursed by anyone for the fuel to get there. Just another way to gauge the consumer I guess.

The tech John B. came out the same day and replaced all of the critical moving parts plus a lifetime warranty as long as I own the home for under $700. That my friends is a bargain!! I bought a new house and had issues with the wall door opener Matt and his co-worker, repair the wall door opener quickly and assisted me changing keypad master code and I was able to purchase 4 new remotes from Matt which he showed me how to program too. The Precision Reps were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and successful helping me to resolve all my issues. Matt also explained why the manual unlock cord was not letting the door go back on track, because I had pulled the cord in the wrong direction. Great staff!
