I called Precision Door because it had initially installed the garage door. I had an issue with the key pad. The tech arrived at the time Precision Door said he would. Also, the tech called me to say when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I immediately thought, good customer service. When the Tech Jason arrived, he explained everything and quickly resolved the issues I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also inspected the door and found everything in good condition. He sprayed a lubricant on the door and rollers. 100% good customer service and a very reasonable price. I say reasonable because I have used other garage companies in the past at a previous house. They don't even compare to Precision Door. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends. Thanks.

I have used Precision a couple of times in the past. Scott came out to repair our garage door opener. I thought it might need to be replaced, but Scott checked the unit and said that it could be repaired. He did an excellent job and we're pleased that it didn't need replacement yet. He was informative and personable while handling the repair. Couldn't ask for a better job!

On Oct 26, 2020 Jason from Precision Door came out to do PM and problem-solve on my garage door. He assessed the situation, solved the problems, and departed the time of all of which < 1 hr. He also provided me with the projected cost. That cost remained the same following completion of the work.

On time. Got to work and diagnosed the problem. Repaired the unit with a replacement circuit board they carry on the truck. Door works fine now. I would certainly recommend calling Precision if you have a problem with your garage door.

I bought a new house and had issues with the wall door opener Matt and his co-worker, repair the wall door opener quickly and assisted me changing keypad master code and I was able to purchase 4 new remotes from Matt which he showed me how to program too. The Precision Reps were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and successful helping me to resolve all my issues. Matt also explained why the manual unlock cord was not letting the door go back on track, because I had pulled the cord in the wrong direction. Great staff!
