Called when our door got stuck open; Precision came first thing next week, conveniently for us. We ended up replacing our broken 15 year old opener with a brand new setup, and couldn't be happier. We got more than we expected and our garage door is smooth and efficient now. Techs even adjusted and fixed a few other issues, and bought us some more time before we'll need a new door. Y'all had done a great job replacing a busted spring recently, so we had no hesitation calling back. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision; you do great work at a good price!

After dealing with overpriced shade-tree Sharks for Garage door repair and parts, I finally called Precision in 2014. My garage door was fixed perfectly , the price was less than 75 bucks, and this year I replaced my old 1996 chain drive Genie with a Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener and ,, it was cheaper than I had expected! Everyone from Dispatch to the Technicians are kind, punctual,and knowledgeable! So why would you want to go anywhere else? They are a 5 star accredited business in my book!! FYI, The liftmasters openers with MyQ technology is awesome! I use my smartphone to open,close my garage door...But it closes on its on after a set amount of time that you have programmed, just in case you drive off and forget to close it~~

I've used Overhead Garage Precision Door Service since I moved to this area in 2002. The service has always been excellent through both the repair area and phone dispatch. Technicians always arrives on time and are very knowledgeable and courteous. This company is the best!!!

Since I was out of town at the time of installation of the new door I did not see the door get installed. However, my wife was home, and she says that the guys were curious, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and that the door worked great. When I got home from my trip, I concur with my wife. Setting up service call was simple and I was impressed with how quickly the appointment was confirmed by e-mail even a picture of the technician. Rick was on time and very professional and personable. Rick did a thorough analysis and then explained exactly what he was doing and why. I have a high quality opener and door but they are 15 years old. Rick solved my problem at a very reasonable cost and gave me another few years I am sure! I will never call any other company but Precision.

I had the Precision advertising mailer but what's convincing me to select Precision was good rating on Angie's list and I was also impressed with your website, that how information was presented and laid out. And the fact that you have live person to answer the calls at night really stands out. The scheduling was easy and the lady I spoke to did not try to over complicate the price quote, to which I really appreciate. The technician, Wes, was very nice and easy to work with. He's very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. He's very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. This is my first time using the company but will definitely not the last, and I will recommend this company to others for sure.
