Service call was for a broken garage door spring, in less than 2 hours of placing the service call, Matt McNatt took the call and replaced both springs and put eight new rollers (no charge for rollers for purchase of two new springs) on our door in under 30 minutes. He was very professional, performed the job quickly and did a great job. We will definitely recommend this company to others and use them again in the future.

The Technician was very professional courteous and knowledgeable regarding my garage door issues. Aaron explained in detail what replacements were needed and demonstrated the reasons I had problems. Precision Doors is great. The springs broke on our garage and caused one of our vehicles to be stuck in the garage. Precision was able to accommodate and send someone that day to repair it. Ben provided excellent service.
