I am very happy with the service I received. I called the Cordova number at 8:30 AM and I was scheduled for that afternoon. However, Ben was ahead of schedule. Customer service was excellent when I called and spoke with Kerry.She tried so hard to get someone out the same day but it was late so I had to wait till the next day which I completely understand.She said Michael would be there between 2-4 and he was there right at 2.He was so wonderful and explained and showed everything to me and no pressure on what I needed to do.He was also very helpful in telling me how top care better for my door in the future.I would not call anyone else next time I need help.

Fantastic customer service. My garage door springs had broken and I contacted Precision after hours to schedule an appointment. Many other positive reviews and the ability to see more about the technicians were factors in my decision to contact the company. Even though it was after hours, I was able to schedule an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning. I've never had a company able to schedule a repair appointment that quickly and was definitely impressed! When the technicians arrived, they were prompt, polite, and fast preparing the estimates. Once they started the work, they were finished in 30 minutes. This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had from any repair or installation service.
