This is my second experience with Precision. The service was excellent each time. I can't give enough kudos to my technician Dillon Kirby. He was knowledgeable, courteous and a true professional. He was unrelenting in finding the root of my problem and when he did, he explained everything to me in a way that only a true pro can explain to a lay person. It was important to him for me to know that what he shared with me was in my best interest and not just a money ploy. He went right to work and resolved the problem in a most timely manner. I have referred two friends who are having garage door problems to Precision. Precision will be my" go to" for all my garage door problems.

Service was EXPEDIENT and EFFICIENT. Technician Josh came in earlier than the appointment and was quite calm and direct. He seemed to know in advance to go directly to the source of the problem, and he most certainly was correct. Ground Fault socket had tripped the garage opener socket! When I needed help with a nonworking garage door, I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the following day. Technician Jason Rodriguez arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly found a broken carriage module on the opener chain drive. Looking through usual avenues of supply, he found the part was no longer available and without it the entire assembly would have to be replaced. This would have been costly and time consuming. But Jason persisted in his search until finding an alternate source. Once the part arrived, he returned and did the repair then lubricated the chain drive and tested the system, insuring it performed to factory specifications. The entire process had gone smoothly, quickly, and at low cost. Of all the repairmen I have worked with over the years none have been more focused on doing the job right than Jason. From the moment he first arrived until finishing the job, he was attentive to doing what was best for the customer. I highly recommend Jason Rodriguez and Precision Door Service of Memphis.

I would like to say my experience was great. My technician Dillion Kirby was early for our appointment. Dillion texted to advise me that he was on the way. When I arrived home he was waiting patiently in front of my home. Dillion was very knowledgeable, kind and equipped to handle my issues with my door. Dillion reassured me that my concerns with my garage door weren't major and that he would be done shortly. Dillon explained that they have inspectional process that reviews all aspects of a garage door. Dillion explained the work that he completed on my door before leaving and I was very pleased with him and the service he provided. I also had a same day service call.

My garage opener was intermittent from the home links and from the backup remote. Cris was very professional and identified the cause quickly. The opener lights had been changed to LED bulbs very recently. That was the problem with frequency interference. Once that was settled he identified a malfunctioning safety issue with the electric eyes at floor level. They were replaced and the entire system now works properly. Cris is very professional and empathizes very well. The ability to set up an appointment the next day after calling is outstanding! I am a repeat customer and I am still impressed with this company..Your advertising is spot on!

Our garage door opener is working more smoothly than ever after he discovered some wires that were occasionally shorting out the system and preventing the closing of the door. Jason found and fixed the problem promptly, then checked and tightened all the other wiring, and lubricated the system. Prompt, friendly, and thorough service—all one could hope for!

Called for a broken torsion spring repair and received a same-day appointment window. Shortly after scheduling, Austin Whipple, the repair technician, called stating that he had an earlier opening, so I took advantage of it. Austin was friendly, professional, and courteous. He confirmed the problem of a broken spring, then made recommendations of upgrading the rollers, center bearing, drums, and cables all with a lifetime warranty for only slightly more than I would be paying for the springs. I agreed then questioned how long all of that would take to install, assuming it would take quite a while. Austin stated 45 minutes which pleasantly surprised me. He kindly answered multiple questions I had about other parts of my garage and finished the job in a timely manner. Their vehicles seem to come fully-stocked with all the necessary parts and tools for most jobs, so I didn't have to wait for any "we don't have those parts with us'-type delays. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I was able to easily make an appointment, and I was reminded of my appointment via text. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text with the name and photo of who would be arriving to do the repairs.
