Josh knows a garage door and components, what each one does and handles his job with deserved confidence. While here, I had him replace the rubber at bottom of door. He checked everything over, making adjustments where needed. If all repairmen worked as he does, we wouldn't have problems. I was very impressed with his work and will recommend him. He did much more than install a lost or misplaced an opener.

I called at 1pm and Roger was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was kind, efficient and explained the problem plus provided a solution and answered my questions. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and I was able to book a time that was convenient. Casey was the technician who came out. He was awesome; very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to tell me my options. He explained everything clearly which made it very easy to make a decision. The installation went great. His attention to detail impressed me. 5 stars all around! Highly recommended.

My garage door started giving me problems. I had used Precision at my previous residence so I called today and Casey was at my house the same afternoon. He found the problem quickly and had it repaired soon after. Nice, professional. Showed me that the rollers should be replaced but left that up to me. No pushy sales talk. My garage door was heavy to raise manually during the power outage and it wouldn’t stay open. I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Doors in the past, so it was a no brainer to call them. John Pugh called to make sure that it was convenient for him to come early for our appointment. He immediately found the broken spring, replaced both springs and was done in approximately 30 minutes. I contacted Precision to schedule a technician to come out and replace a broken garage door spring. We scheduled for the next morning between 8 - 10 am. I received a call from Dillon at 8:15 that he would be at the house in 10-15 min. They showed up by 8:30 and he indicated it would take about 20-30 min. He replaced both springs, per their recommendation, and was completed before 9:00 am. I was told in advance of about how much it was, and although I felt it was a bit pricing, they lived up to the stated expectations.
