It's such a pleasure to do business with people who remember what customer service is. My garage door was randomly opening and closing. it was like it had a mind of it's own. The technician diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes and had the repair done and he was gone within 10 minutes of his arrival. And buy the way, he called and asked if it would be OK if he arrived about an hour and a half before I expected him.

I love Precision Door!!! They are real people, providing service with a smile! They don't try to up-sell you at every turn and they actually will tell you ways to troubleshoot and save yourself time and money...as a senior citizen, I really like that and you do not find that very often in a company today. The other thing I really like is, they make an appointment with you that doesn't take up half of your day and they call you when they are on the way, AND text you sending a photo of who is coming so you know exactly who will arrive at your door...really like that in today's weird world! I'm recommending Precision Door to our Homeowner's Association for our residents! Thanks, Precision!

Excellent service from initial phone call to finished repair! Received immediate order confirmation via text, including the name of the service tech(Jason) and re-confirming a 30 minute call-ahead. Jason was on time, called ahead, and hit the ground running. He was quick, thorough, knowledgeable— and provided valuable information regarding garage maintenance. Why did I call Precision? Because I had a coupon. From now on, they will be my go-to for all garage needs. Truly professional in every way!

Our garage door was knocked off its track by a piece of wood trim that somehow got into the track. It happened on a Friday afternoon late. I called Precision that afternoon after I tried (and failed) to repair it myself and they scheduled someone to come out on Monday afternoon. The repair person arrived two hours early (he called first of course) and fixed it in less then 30 minutes. He was very pleasant and got it fixed efficiently.

I needed to have my garage door fixed, it had a broken spring. Not only were they able to come the same day I called, but the repair person was able to come early. It took him about 30 to place two springs. Next time I need work on my garage door. I will surly call them.

Technician was actually a little ahead of the scheduled appointment which I didn't mind at all. He was very thorough and informative. And he was also helpful with possible additional solutions in regards to other non-immediate issues. The cost of the replacement rollers and tune up was most agreeable and less than expected. This is the second representative to come to my home and I would definitely welcome either one of them back. I have referred Precision to my mom and intend to advise others in the future as well.

Aaron and his trainee called much earlier than expected and were able to come then and free our car. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Gave us several choices as to repairs. Chose one with new rollers, springs, and now sounds so quiet and opens and closes so easily. Our spring broke this morning about 6:15am and we thought something had exploded! Thanks for the excellent, fast service!
