I picked your company because it was the first to appear in my search for a garage door repair company. I am extremely happy that I chose you all. The tech was at the house at 8 am! He was able to have everything done in 15 minutes. No replacements needed. He did an inspection and told us we will need to consider replacement of the motor in the future. The motor is 24 years old and they normally last about 20. He was fantastic.

Payton was great. Due to technology issues, I didn't get the call that he was on the way. I happened to open my phone and saw the message. My handyman was there and Payton was ready with estimates when I got home (10 minutes). We agreed on the work to be done, and he immediately fixed my garage door springs. Great service--plus I just called for an appointment yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I am happy to say my door is repaired and in great working order. Thanks Payton.

Dillon (Service Technician), Called us and stated that he was ahead of schedule, and would it be ok if he came early? (We told him no problem). Upon arrival, he looked at our issue, and gave us his recommendations. Dillon finished the job even sooner than he estimated. He did a wonderful job, and was very thorough in explaining how to operate our new equipment. Dillon was very professional, and an extremely friendly person. Your technician, Jason Rodriguez, arrived on time and with plenty of notice that he was on the way. He took appropriate time to assess the situation and gave me options on how he could deal with it. He jumped right into fixing my garage door which wasn't opening automatically and he knew what he was doing. He had all the parts and tools he needed to fix the problem and even went the extra step when he dealt with an obstruction that wasn't obvious at first. All in all, I was satisfied with both Jason and the response my wife and I got from your office.

I’m leaving this review for Michael Falberg. He was very nice and ensuring that I knew who his employer was. Michael made my experience short but correct. He didn’t pressure me into buying things I don’t need. I spent over $500 and it was well worth every penny.
