The gate sensors worked exactly as they were constructed to do. That is, stop instantly if anything touches the gate when it is moving. The issue was I did not know how to reset it. Jordan Nelson, a technician with Precision, came out and corrected the problem ASAP. He was the ultimate serviceman. He was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and very outgoing.
