Jason the technician performed an excellent job. He explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the garage door quickly on a Saturday night at approximately 6:57 pm. Jason was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10:00 pm. Instead he arrived at 6:11 pm. Thanks to Precision Garage Door Service for taking my emergency call over the weekend. Precision Door was recommended to me. I was exceptionally pleased with all the service I received. First, the staff worked me in the schedule. The gate sensors worked exactly as they were constructed to do. That is, stop instantly if anything touches the gate when it is moving. The issue was I did not know how to reset it.
