Very pleased with service. Serviceman Roger was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Lock was broken on garage door and was not replaceable. Roger was able to install a safe lock for the door with no issues. Will definitely use Precision if needed again!

Hello PDS Thanks for everything that you do as a service provider! Our cable popped on our garage & this is during the time we're dealing with snow & ice. Since the first set of springs we had to have changed lasted 8 years & the second set (lower strength from a different company) only lasted 6 years, I decided to go with a complete replacement of all moving parts (NOT including door & opener), with the lifetime warranty, as we plan on being here until the end.
