Dillon (Service Technician), Called us and stated that he was ahead of schedule, and would it be ok if he came early? (We told him no problem). Upon arrival, he looked at our issue, and gave us his recommendations. Dillon finished the job even sooner than he estimated. He did a wonderful job, and was very thorough in explaining how to operate our new equipment. Dillon was very professional, and an extremely friendly person. Your technician, Jason Rodriguez, arrived on time and with plenty of notice that he was on the way. He took appropriate time to assess the situation and gave me options on how he could deal with it. He jumped right into fixing my garage door which wasn't opening automatically and he knew what he was doing. He had all the parts and tools he needed to fix the problem and even went the extra step when he dealt with an obstruction that wasn't obvious at first. All in all, I was satisfied with both Jason and the response my wife and I got from your office.

First of all, my father and brother were named Lowell. Although the problem was minor and something I should have noticed, my technician made me aware of some things I did not know. I immediately wrote them down so I could refer to them when something goes wrong before calling you. He made sure that I was aware of the problem and checked several times to make sure everything was working properly. If he got a grade it would be A+ or on a scale of 1-10, it would definitely be a 10. Thank you for having the emergency hours. I was concerned about my door being opened all night.

The whole process was done very professionally. I was given three choices of what could be accomplished and decided on a full overhaul. My door was changed from single spring to a double double spring setup, all the bearings were replaced. New cables were attached. Two new springs installed and new quieter rollers were put on. Door runs very smoothly now. John B. Was very efficient and didn’t mind me watching the whole fascinating procedure. Thanks so much for making what seemed a big problem turn out to be so simple! John was even done and driving away before he was actually scheduled to even arrive. Again, thank you all.

I was advised your technician was running late because of previous repair call. I was notified by your office and Mr. Hisaw. This I appreciate very much.
