Technician Casey Lang arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, listened to my concerns, then worked for 1 1/2 hours in below freezing temperatures to repair it. He even went the extra mile to help me return items that I had moved to their original place. Doors work better than they have in years. A very pleasant and professional experience. Definitely recommend this company and would call them again!

Garage spring broke, but hour discovered after regular business hours. Googled local garage door repair sites and found Precision, who had a chat link opened. They could have a repair man on site, next day. Roger arrived ahead of schedule, wasted no time in fixing the door and replacing other needed parts, was personable and professional, and door is 'as good as new' in about half an hour. Well done!

The technician called ahead to let us know he would arrive early. He did and he asked us to explain exactly what happened. Great personality. We explained what happened and he quckly went to work and fixed our garage door. Working with Precision Door was great. We are repeat customers and have always been very satisfied.

Jordon did a great job on my gate opener. I was having issues and Jordon read the codes on my gate and explained why I might be having these issues. He lubricated my gate arm, adjusted and set my limits and operated my gate several times with no problems. Jordon was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I give Jordon and Precision Doors a 5 star rating.

We chose to go with Precision having used them in the past on a driveway entry gate that had given us many issues over the years. When our garage door decided to give us problems, there was no other company considered. The response was fast and service even faster. While I hope not to see the Precision team anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again. I picked your company because it was the first to appear in my search for a garage door repair company. I am extremely happy that I chose you all. The tech was at the house at 8 am! He was able to have everything done in 15 minutes. No replacements needed. He did an inspection and told us we will need to consider replacement of the motor in the future. The motor is 24 years old and they normally last about 20. He was fantastic.

Casey came on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly,showed all options to fix it, and got started immediately. When he had finished he also linked both our cars to the garage door, which will give us lasting convenience. We aare very satisfied with Casey and Precision.
