Very professional, well run Company. Called this morning, received a confirmation via email and text. Installer showed up 15 minutes early, and installed a new garage opener with WiFi and backup battery as I requested in about an hour. He helped me set it up via my phone and programmed extra openers. We were also the victims of the recent power outage that lasted 3 days for us. Once the power was restored, EVERYTHIING in our house worked EXCEPT the garage door opener lights. I called Precision becasue they were the ones that installed the opener. I have ALWAYS had EXCEPTIONAL sevice from them. Scott diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds. THE LIGHTS WERE BURNED OUT! Little did I know that I should have checked them before calling Precision. Scott spent a total of 5 minutes at our house, and didn't charge us. Now that IS a true professional. His attitude was excellent and was what I totally expected. THANK YOU SCOTT AND PRECISION DOOR! I highly recommend them for your garage door needs. ONE GREAT COMAPNY

You all didn’t meet my expectations My problems were not solved instead the technician suggested we buy a new door for $1700, he even didn’t come prepared to work. I called another company and they came out and fixed my garage door the same day for $230.All I needed was a set of cables and realign my rollers to the track.
