Precision installed a new Liftmaster for me in July 2020. This past weekend the keypad stopped working with my code. I called Precision yesterday and today John replaced the keypad at no charge even though the one year warranty expired over four months ago. Not even a service charge!! Thank you Precision for your excellent customer service. I will continue to recommend Precision and Liftmaster to all my friends.

I called for service this morning and Scott Panaia was at my house around 1:30 that afternoon and replaced the trolley on the garage door. The price was reasonable for the part and the service. Scott was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and the job was completed within 30 minutes. You all didn’t meet my expectations My problems were not solved instead the technician suggested we buy a new door for $1700, he even didn’t come prepared to work. I called another company and they came out and fixed my garage door the same day for $230.All I needed was a set of cables and realign my rollers to the track.
