This was one of the highest rated companies by the local BBB. I also recalled the color green, and I associated it with this company. The young man that was sent was very knowledgeable and experienced, based on what was done. He told and showed me what he going to do and gave me a general time frame to complete the job. He did exactly what he said and showed me exactly what he did. Great job! Roll Tide!

I am grateful. You solved my problem. For me, it's the person doing the work that makes or breaks an experience, and Roger earned my trust. He was informative, patient with me as he explained me my options, and worked quickly. Considering the short time it took to do what I thought was a large job, Roger and Precision exceeded my expectations.

I was in the market for a new garage door. Leigh came to my home to design the perfect door for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and had a van loaded with samples for me to view. She made selecting my new door a fun experience. I think I will add an opener to my new door prior to installation. Thanks again Leigh!!!! I will definitely recommend you and Precision to anyone that interested in a new garage door system.

Having used this company before with excellent service (related to electrical system), when we discovered at 6am that our springs had broken overnight, we knew exactly who to call. A service technician came out (even faster than original quoted time - which was great) and fixed our door ASAP. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend this company.
