Chose Precision from advertising on Internet and reviews. Aaron was my tech to install a Liftmaster 8500w. Aaron did a great job. I love the quiet door opener. I would rate the service as outstanding and rare Precison a 5. I would highly recommend Precision.

Great service. Ben even called me before the scheduled appt time to see if he could arrive sooner. Very polite and considerate of him to do that. What I thought was going to be major repair work that would cost $$$$$ turned out to be minor and I appreciate his honesty. I asked him if he could perform routine preventative maintenance so i wouldn’t feel like I wasted his time and he obliged without hesitation. Thank you Ben!!!

Number one, the first person I called was not speaking through the phone and said, "I will call you back". I waited two days and called my son who is and engineer to ask him to find someone. When he called back he said, "Mon, that is the best you will ever get, they have their service people on the internet and the number for there work." I knew he found the best.

I was originally scheduled for my appointment on July 2 but when I received a confirmation call that day, the service man, Michael, told me that he did not have the circuit board needed on his truck that day so we had to reschedule for July 6. The repair went well on July 6 and Michael was very nice. I am giving 3 stars because I wish Michael had had the circuit board on his truck on July 2 so I did not have to wait 4 more days. It would have been much better if we could have diagnosed the issue ahead of time so he could have determined what parts he needed.

Didn't meet Ben, but he called me to let me know he was on his way they came fixed my garage door and it's like new. Everyone was on time, polite even phone calls. Kudus to Precision Door. I had originally called in explaining that the opener worked from the wall switch, but not from the remote. The technician examined the garage door opener, one that has been in service for about 50 years, and tried, to no avail, to get my non-working remotes back to working. He then tried one that he had on hand. Nothing worked and since my garage has LED lamps, installing a separate transmitter would not work. He carefully reviewed the available options and had the company Email me an explanation of the options. I haven’t made up my mind, since the wall switch stills works, but his thorough evaluation and is much appreciated. If I do decide to go with a new opener, I will choose this company.
