I had used another company for years but couldn’t reach them or get calls returned. I called Precision because they could come out the same day I called. Most companies wanted to add an extra charge to come on Saturday, but not Precision. I called in the morning and Michael F. was there by the afternoon. He was very personal and knows his stuff. Some of my garage door rollers came off track and I was desperate to have it repaired. I saw on the web that Precision had 24 hour customer service. I called around 6:30 this morning and Matt was here around 9:30, much earlier than I expected. He checked out the door and explained the problem and cost to repair. He was finished in a very short time.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We received multiple messages advising of the appointment status which was very nice. Matt McNatt was the technician and did a great job silencing our screeching garage door. He was even able to arrive early and had a great can-do attitude! The only downside is now we are thinking about options he showed us to replace the door for an updated look.....sigh.....
