Contacted Precision the morning of 18JAN21 and service was provided, in a short time, only an hour or so of making the appointment. Techs were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Precision has my business for any garage door issues if they arise in the future.

Thank you Precision for going above and beyond the call of duty. My technician was Logan. When attempting to repair my garage door, he noticed I had a flat tire and asked, if I needed help with placing the spare on my car. To my surprise Logan put the spare on my car with a smile. Talking about Customer Service! Thank you Precision for hiring such a gentlemen and hard worker!

My garage door came off it’s rails for reasons unknown late Friday. Dispatch said it won’t be til Monday to get someone. I asked if there was any way to get someone today. Aaron was scheduled to come between 6-8 pm. However he called at 4:30 and was able to come early. I have to say he was very professional and an admitted perfectionist. He also corrected obvious (to him) issues the installers missed last visit in Jan 2020. Though not all techs are as thorough as Aaron, I appreciate their commitment to great service

I only needed to have a garage door opener fixed. However, it couldn’t be repaired. So I had to purchase a new one, which only took seconds to program. Your technician was very professional and I give him five stars in performance and attitude.

Matt and the other young man made all of my garage door dreams come true. They installed the new one. Hauled off the old one. Programmed both openers to work for both doors, even though we only purchased one opener. and programmed my van opener to open both sides. He also had a really good sense of humor, which I always appreciate.
