I really appreciate the text about the technician giving me his name and information about him. I've never had a business do this before. Unfortunately, I got the text after he had arrived and did not get to read it until after he had left, but it still made Precision stand out to me in a positive way. Brandon, the tech, was quite helpful. My builder-installed opener will last a little longer but will eventually need to be replaced. When it does, I'll call Precision.

Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes. Once he was on site, he was able to resolve the issue for me. This is what service was like in the olden days… today in this fast-paced digital world, they have exceeded my expectation. Third experience having Aaron Stewart come to my home. Each time has been the textbook definition of what excellent customer service looks like! I have known Jon Russell for a long time and that is how I came to use Precision Door. The technician who came out to my house, Ben, called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment and it worked out well.
