Service was excellent. I had a garage springs under warranty that needed replacing. The clerk took my information and immediately assigned me a tech for next day repairs. The tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Great Business!

My door broke late in the afternoon so I called Precision and they scheduled me for the first thing the next morning even though I told them it wasn't exactly an emergency. Tim came out at 8:30 am and had the door repaired in only 1 hour. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Certainly pleased with the work done by your service person. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Recommended that we change rollers to ball bearing type. Much quieter and will not wear out as rapidly. Called Precision at about 9 am today. They said they had a slot open from 4 to 6 which was perfect for me. Matt called at 3:30 that he could be here at 3:45 and he was! He literally had the springs replaced and had checked the garage door opener for us all in about 30 minutes. Would DEFINITELY recommend Precision Door and their fabulous and courteous employee Matt to anyone who is looking for any type of garage door work.

Ben was our tech and his services were excellent! Our appointment was between 10am-12pm. He called around 8:35am to come by to take a look at our garage door (which was excellent). They came by around 8:45am and it took them 15-20 minutes to fix it! I will for sure contact you guys to replace our old one very soon! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

My garage door broke as I was opening it during the night. I called Precision Doors first thing the next morning. They had someone at my house that morning. They secured the door because it wasn't fixable. When I was called to set up the install I told them of my extenuating circumstances and they were able to take care of our needs. When they had finished with the install I was shown how I need to maintain my new door. It was such a pleasure to do business with this company. I picked this company based on the reviews I read.

One side of the motor on my garage door had come loose from the ceiling and needed to be repaired. A young man named Aaron Stewart came out to take care of this for me. He was supposed to be here between 12 and 2 and he called me about 11:30 and said he was running early and asked if it would be possible for him to come early. I told him that would be wonderful. I had to be somewhere at 2 p.m. so I was glad to have him come early. He arrived and was very nice and polite. He could see right away that the problem was what I had told them but he checked the door out thoroughly to make sure there were no other problems. When the door was installed, the screws holding up the motor were not put into a stud so he had to put them into a stud to keep that from happening again and then he had to cut down another piece on the frame. I was very impressed with his work and with his attitude. All in all it was a very good experience for me.
