Precision is terrific! They dispatched a technician (Aaron) the very next morning, after I called because the door wasn't working. He was professional and courteous and figured out what the problem might have been, and fixed it, and best of all, without charging anything. I would recommend Precision to anyone!

Chris, was the first person I meet my schedule appointment was later that evening and he came by early and took care of everything set my day for them to start. Didn't meet Ben, but he called me to let me know he was on his way they came fixed my garage door and it's like new. Everyone was on time, polite even phone calls. Kudus to Precision Door. I had originally called in explaining that the opener worked from the wall switch, but not from the remote. The technician examined the garage door opener, one that has been in service for about 50 years, and tried, to no avail, to get my non-working remotes back to working. He then tried one that he had on hand. Nothing worked and since my garage has LED lamps, installing a separate transmitter would not work. He carefully reviewed the available options and had the company Email me an explanation of the options. I haven’t made up my mind, since the wall switch stills works, but his thorough evaluation and is much appreciated. If I do decide to go with a new opener, I will choose this company.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4p and Brandon was there at 4:05, not to mention that it was a same day appointment on a Saturday, who even gives service like that anymore? Brandon explained everything at the outset and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout. What I thought would take 2 hours, only took him 35 minutes. I would not only recommend Precision to others, but would personally dial their phone for them. I can’t say enough great things about both Brandon and Precision Door...it’s a shame this only goes up to 5 stars.

I was originally scheduled for my appointment on July 2 but when I received a confirmation call that day, the service man, Michael, told me that he did not have the circuit board needed on his truck that day so we had to reschedule for July 6. The repair went well on July 6 and Michael was very nice. I am giving 3 stars because I wish Michael had had the circuit board on his truck on July 2 so I did not have to wait 4 more days. It would have been much better if we could have diagnosed the issue ahead of time so he could have determined what parts he needed.
