I had an appointment scheduled for 4p and Brandon was there at 4:05, not to mention that it was a same day appointment on a Saturday, who even gives service like that anymore? Brandon explained everything at the outset and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout. What I thought would take 2 hours, only took him 35 minutes. I would not only recommend Precision to others, but would personally dial their phone for them. I can’t say enough great things about both Brandon and Precision Door...it’s a shame this only goes up to 5 stars.

I was very pleased with your company. My garage door and opener was 23 years old. In the 10 years I’ve lived in my house, I had several repairs to my door and opener by a competitor of yours. They were slow to respond and “grouchy” to work with. This last incident with my door, we called them again. They didn’t answer the phone so we called Precision late in the afternoon. Your technician responded that day, got my door back on the rails and ordered me a replacement in a friendly, professional and personal manner. Two days later, my new door was installed by two other technicians, who again friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend your company.

We heard about Precision when you replaced a garage door for friends. They are picky customers and raved about you! Our tech was wonderful. We were planning to have only the springs replaced but he gave us another option, to also replace the wheels, drums etc, which we decided on. Our door is so quiet now! Couldn’t be more pleased! Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. That is a real pain when you're trying to leave for work. Matt came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and super nice. Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. It works better now and I'm glad they was honest with me. Thanks to Carrie for sending such an outstanding guy. Ben and Matt showed such professionalism and represented Precision really well.
