I had used another company for years but couldn’t reach them or get calls returned. I called Precision because they could come out the same day I called. Most companies wanted to add an extra charge to come on Saturday, but not Precision. I called in the morning and Michael F. was there by the afternoon. He was very personal and knows his stuff. Thanks Michael and Precision.

Some of my garage door rollers came off track and I was desperate to have it repaired. I saw on the web that Precision had 24 hour customer service. I called around 6:30 this morning and Matt was here around 9:30, much earlier than I expected. He checked out the door and explained the problem and cost to repair. He was finished in a very short time.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We received multiple messages advising of the appointment status which was very nice. Matt McNatt was the technician and did a great job silencing our screeching garage door. He was even able to arrive early and had a great can-do attitude! The only downside is now we are thinking about options he showed us to replace the door for an updated look.....sigh..... Thanks Precision!!!
