I would give Ben and Precision Door a 5 star rating. I had used your company several years ago and was pleased then so I called you again. I am impressed with the quick service scheduling a repair time quickly and the person who answered the call was friendly and efficient. I liked the contact reminding me of the service time and Ben arrived on time and accessed the situation quickly and had the repair done in no time at all. He couldn’t have been any nicer and was very professional. He was in and out in 30 minutes and I was back in operation. Way to go on a job well done! Precision Door - keep doing what you’re doing because you are providing an excellent service by hiring friendly, well trained, professional employees.

Brandon, the tech, was quite helpful. My builder-installed opener will last a little longer but will eventually need to be replaced. When it does, I'll call Precision.

Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes.
