Unfortunately, I got the text after he had arrived and did not get to read it until after he had left, but it still made Precision stand out to me in a positive way. Brandon, the tech, was quite helpful. My builder-installed opener will last a little longer but will eventually need to be replaced. When it does, I'll call Precision.

Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes.
