Rick was our tech. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I had replaced my garage door spring in 2006 and was disappointed that in had broken again. I have a large garage door and it has two springs. Only one was broken but Rick educated me on number of uses and general door operation. He allowed me to use company coupons which saved some money.
