Several mechanical components of my garage door opener were broken, the chain had jumped out of the rail and was lose. The Precision mechanic came right on time, fixed the parts he could fix and secured the door with a bolt. He ordered the missing part and mounted it a few days later. Perfect service! The Precision repair person was prompt, courteous and professional in all aspects of the service call. He explained what happened and why and how to avoid a similar issue in the future. The work was covered under a lifetime warranty and both springs were replaced under the warranty.

Precision Door technicians are both responsive, efficient and service-oriented. They do an OUTSTANDING job everytime. "Big box" stores may be a bit cheaper; I have used them in the remote past. The torsion spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I called Precision and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick Scheiderer was our technician. He came in, assessed the situation, offered additional repair options (that we accepted) and made the necessary repairs fast and efficiently. He then looked at our opener motor which wasn't part of the scope of the work but found an issue that was causing the motor to make more noise than it should. He repaired this issue as well. My garage opener has not been this quiet since we bought the house 12 years ago. Rick was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. If I have more problems in the future, I will call Precision and ask for Rick. ps. I hope he enjoyed the pot roast. Sincerely, Barry Roberts
