My garage door was opening on its own. Being almost 90 years old I had no other thought but call Precision yesterday at 4 PM. They promised technician would be here between 10 and 12 today. Michael arrived just as promised and surveyed the situation. He determined the problem and came up with a few measure for me to try. If this doesn't work will have to order an expensive part. We will try this for a few days. I appreciate someone who tries to help. I was shocked at his response this day and time it is usually the quickest and least trouble. I thought he was excellent.

I have used Precision Door Service for the last three years - from installing a new battery backup Liftmaster, to replacing a keypad, to normal maintenance (oiling the rollers and tracks). These guys came out to fix an unresponsive gate opener. They were on site about five minutes when they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This was a follow up call for an earlier battery replacement, so they didn’t charge us anything. And they even told us what to do the next time this happened!
