First of all, my father and brother were named Lowell. Although the problem was minor and something I should have noticed, my technician made me aware of some things I did not know. I immediately wrote them down so I could refer to them when something goes wrong before calling you. He made sure that I was aware of the problem and checked several times to make sure everything was working properly. If he got a grade it would be A+ or on a scale of 1-10, it would definitely be a 10. Thank you for having the emergency hours. I was concerned about my door being opened all night.

The whole process was done very professionally. I was given three choices of what could be accomplished and decided on a full overhaul. My door was changed from single spring to a double double spring setup, all the bearings were replaced. New cables were attached. Two new springs installed and new quieter rollers were put on. Door runs very smoothly now. John B. Was very efficient and didn’t mind me watching the whole fascinating procedure. Thanks so much for making what seemed a big problem turn out to be so simple! John was even done and driving away before he was actually scheduled to even arrive. Again, thank you all.

I was advised your technician was running late because of previous repair call. I was notified by your office and Mr. Hisaw. This I appreciate very much. When he did arrive he once again apologized for being late. He was amicable, professional and ready to correct my problem. He immediately got to work and made repairs. These guys came out to fix an unresponsive gate opener. They were on site about five minutes when they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This was a follow up call for an earlier battery replacement, so they didn’t charge us anything. And they even told us what to do the next time this happened!

My garage door was opening on its own. Being almost 90 years old I had no other thought but call Precision yesterday at 4 PM. They promised technician would be here between 10 and 12 today. Michael arrived just as promised and surveyed the situation. He determined the problem and came up with a few measure for me to try. If this doesn't work will have to order an expensive part. We will try this for a few days. I appreciate someone who tries to help. I was shocked at his response this day and time it is usually the quickest and least trouble. I thought he was excellent.
