Excellent customer service when I called for information on motorizing my driveway gate. An appointment was booked immediately to provide an estimate. The technician that came out (Brian) was prompt, professional and courteous. Brian provided a written estimate within 15 minutes of his assessment. Great service!

Working with Precision is easy. They are efficient and follow through with the plan we set up. They also give ample notice of when the technician will arrive and then he calls when he's on the way. Dillon has been our technician for several years and he has kept an old garage door working well. He knows the business well and explains the diagnosis and the fix clearly. These guys are great at what they do. They seem like good ole' boys, trustworthy, dependable, honest. I took a chance with Precision, not knowing anything about them, no references to rely on. I just found them on the internet and looked at the doors, made the call. They called with advance notice before arriving. I was impressed that they sent friendly, upper class character to my house, did their measurements and placed the order. After a few weeks they contacted me for an installation appointment. They did the job without any problems and I felt lucky because the door is so smooth and quiet, non typical. It's rare for me to be this satisfied with a service because there's so much incompetence out there. I was so pleased I ordered another one for the smaller part of my garage. The quality and service was identical. I will eventually order one more for an internal door. Yes I was lucky I chose Precision Door Service. You'll feel that way too.

Mr. Rodrigues was prompt, thorough, and efficient. He explained why my garage door would not stay down after a power outage at my home in words that made sense and were easily understandable. Fixing the issue took no longer than 30 minutes. I’ve used Precision Door in the past and will not hesitate to use them again if need be. If I could give 20 stars I would. I will definitely recommend Precision to any one with garage door problems.

Tristan Russell was my service technician that came out today to service my garage door. He called to let me know that he was on the way and when he arrived, I explained the problem and even gave him my ideas of a possible solution for the repair, and he listened. I am so glad to be able to have a working garage door again!!!! He took his time and thoroughly checked everything before he left. I would like for him to be my service technician again for any other garage issues I may have. I appreciated his outgoing personality and professionalism. I was given a time frame of between 2 - 4. He even said he hoped that he wasn't keeping me from doing something else. I needed this service and he fix the problem. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door of Memphis again.
