Made suggestions for future performance. After replacing the broken parts, spring and hinges. The door was tested to insure performance. I was shown what repairs were made and what parts were used. I especially like the email appointment confirmation with a picture of the tech. From the initial phone call to the work being performed took only 1 1/2 hrs. Great customer service. Very professional. Precision Doors will be called in the future for any repairs needed.
