Rick arrived early, completed the repair and did extra maintenance on the door such as lubrication, reattaching a loose bolt and repositioning two bolts that were causing some wear on the door. Cost was very reasonable for the work done.

I got your number from the yellow pages after another company I had called did not show up, and I am so glad they didn't. The tech examined my door and pointed out what repairs were needed. Made suggestions for future performance. After replacing the broken parts, spring and hinges. The door was tested to insure performance. I was shown what repairs were made and what parts were used. I especially like the email appointment confirmation with a picture of the tech. From the initial phone call to the work being performed took only 1 1/2 hrs. Great customer service. Very professional. Precision Doors will be called in the future for any repairs needed.
