These guys are great at what they do. They seem like good ole' boys, trustworthy, dependable, honest. I took a chance with Precision, not knowing anything about them, no references to rely on. I just found them on the internet and looked at the doors, made the call. They called with advance notice before arriving. I was impressed that they sent friendly, upper class character to my house, did their measurements and placed the order. After a few weeks they contacted me for an installation appointment. They did the job without any problems and I felt lucky because the door is so smooth and quiet, non typical. It's rare for me to be this satisfied with a service because there's so much incompetence out there. I was so pleased I ordered another one for the smaller part of my garage. The quality and service was identical. I will eventually order one more for an internal door. Yes I was lucky I chose Precision Door Service. You'll feel that way too.

Mr. Rodrigues was prompt, thorough, and efficient. He explained why my garage door would not stay down after a power outage at my home in words that made sense and were easily understandable. Fixing the issue took no longer than 30 minutes. I’ve used Precision Door in the past and will not hesitate to use them again if need be. If I could give 20 stars I would. Tristan Russell was my service technician that came out today to service my garage door. He called to let me know that he was on the way and when he arrived, I explained the problem and even gave him my ideas of a possible solution for the repair, and he listened. I am so glad to be able to have a working garage door again!!!! He took his time and thoroughly checked everything before he left. I would like for him to be my service technician again for any other garage issues I may have. I appreciated his outgoing personality and professionalism. I was given a time frame of between 2 - 4. Precision Door has superb service- from start to finish! The young lady who scheduled my was courteous, organized, and knowledgeable. She made sure that the appointment accommodated my schedule. The day before my appointment, I received a text message to confirm the date/time. The morning of my appointment, the technician (Blake) texted me that he was about 20 minutes away. I received a text with his photo so that I knew who to expect. He arrived on time, fixed the gate, and was extremely professional and courteous. After my appointment, Precision texted me to follow-up. I can't say enough good things about Precision- their customer service is outstanding, and their staff do excellent work!

have used Precision Door Service several times in the past 3 years, and they ALWAYS have the best trained and expert Technicians dispatched. It never amazes me that the Techs know so much about the problems and issues. The most important part is that they do NOT try to sell you un-wanted or not-needed parts or repairs. This time, my Lift Master door opener (I thought) was messing up. Chris Hisaw was dispatched to correct what ills the door had, He IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the issue as a broken spring. I have an oversized door, that requires special springs. Other Garage door companies that I have used in the past had to special order the springs due to their size. I was VERY surprised that Chris had two of them on his truck. He offered me 2 options, the latter was a trite more expensive, but came with a 5 year warranty, which I chose. The Garage door is over 38 years in age, and none of the rollers. bearings or other attachments were EVER replaced. He done it all in under 45 minutes. I most highly recommend Precision Door Service and more precisely Chris Hiswas. They ALWAYS staff their techs with the most knowledgeable and professional people. If you have any issues, all them, you won't be dis-satisfied. This truly is a 5 star company!

My issue was fairly trivial--needed my garage door openers reset and an extra one as well after a lawn mower disappeared without returning the one he had. My service person, Dillon Kirby, was stellar. He arrived early, took all the time needed to assess what I thought I wanted, and then got the job done in about 10 minutes. I should also say that this is my SECOND stellar experience with Precision Doors. The first, about 5 years ago, required replacing the whole lift mechanism for the door, and that was also a totally positive, professional experience.
