John, the technician who came out handled our repair efficiently and cheerfully. The only complaint we have is that after reading his bio we learned he is an Alabama football fan.

Very satisfied with Jason and emergency service last night. He responded within 30 minutes of our initial call to you folks, and arrived less than 30 minutes later. He was very professional, and secured our broken door in a very short time. We talked about a new door, and he provided all the information we needed to move towards replacing our existing door.

Precision is an incredible service. Every person from Precision that has come to help us had been excellent - and the timing could not be better. Casey Lang was here yesterday, and we could not ask for more. He was great at identification, solving our problem, and discussing related areas to help us now and in the future. Thank you for sending Casey!

I have been doing business with Precision since I moved to Memphis in 2020. They have serviced both my garage door and my gate. Both times, they arrived on time, assessed the problem, and made the necessary repairs. Jordan explained everything to me as he was working, and he didn’t try to up sale me on a service that I didn’t need. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage or gate needs.
