Technician call 2 hours in advance, because some customer canceled a visit. I told him, he can do the job early. I knew he would find something else wrong. I called the company just for replace the torsion spring. He inspected the door, founding more worn-out parts. He recommends doing everything. Because I am technical people (Electronic Aviation technician), I approved the quote. I know, I spent more money at front, but it is worth it. He overhauled all mechanism. Very professional job. Technician Casey Lang arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, listened to my concerns, then worked for 1 1/2 hours in below freezing temperatures to repair it. He even went the extra mile to help me return items that I had moved to their original place. Doors work better than they have in years. A very pleasant and professional experience. They could have a repair man on site, next day.
