When my garage door spring broke late at night, Precision was the only company that allowed me to schedule service online, so I booked a 2–4 pm appointment for the next day. Since it was a snowstorm weekend, I called early Saturday morning to see if an earlier visit was possible. To my surprise, Peyton Peabody arrived around 9:30 am, despite the heavy snow.
