Roger arrived on time at the beginning of my 2 hour window. He was courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. He identified my problem and offered options for resolving my garage door problem. Our garage door fell off the track. Precision Garage Door came out the same day. The scheduler was very nice. I received an email with the technician's name, photo and background before he arrived at my door. Roger explained the problem and did a great job fixing the door within an hour. Fair price.
