My old opener began malfunctioning this morning. Called Precision to schedule an appointment. Same day appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. Received a call at 11:00 a representative is available to come out. Discussed the issue and I decided to go ahead and put a new belt drive unit in. Matt McNatt came right out and replaced the unit, checked every other area of my door, rollers, spring. Excellent response, excellent service, excellent representative. Waiting for spring and I will be replacing the door, spring and rollers.

Great same day service provided after a spring broke on our 3rd car garage door. I called that morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician onsite identifying the issue and providing a quote. The broken spring was fixed within 45 minutes of arrival. Great communication through phone and text throughout the process made it easy. I don't have a good comparison on pricing versus other options, but the speed, quality and professionalism of service were excellent.

I didn't think fixing garage door on my 5 year old house would be on my to do list until the spring broke in 2 places. It was a tense moment for me just arriving home from work at 5:30pm. I had no clue who to call. I got online and searched. Precision door service popped up. After reading the good reviews I gave them a call. Anyway, to make it short, their technician, Ben White showed up. Very nice friendly guy. We charted briefly about family. He went to work and had my garage door working in about 40minutes. I was there while he was working. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took time to answer all my questions about why and how the spring broke. And why the new spring he installed is better than the old one. I am glad I chose Precision doors. I will DEFINITELY recommend them. If there is a 6 star, you deserve it.

The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks

I had an emergency. Though the t was minor, it was risky to DIY the situation. After calling the competition and being told, “Sorry...it will have to be late tomorrow”, Precision tells me they’re slammed, but they’ll get someone out to help resolve my situation. Yes, it was simple...BUT I’m not a professional door installer and couldn’t have known. To cut to the point...they did what the competition wouldn’t do. My door works as good as new and I’ll be calling Precision when the time comes to make any replacements that need be made in the future.

Technician arrived right on time (After receiving both a Text and email that advised who would be coming) Technician promptly introduced himself and was polite, courteous, and professional. The Technician accessed the problem , quickly advised me the cost estimate and approximate time to repair. I Service was the same day I called and the price was extremely reasonable. I would and will recommend Precision Service to all.
