I am completely satisfied with the service received from Precision Door Service. I had an issue on 3/19/2023 and the Technician Jason Rodriguez quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. I contacted Precision Door Service again and they were able to schedule a Technician to come out on 4/19/2024. Technician Chris Hisaw quickly assessed the problem with the garage door not going up and down and he made an adjustment and lubricated the doors springs. Precision Door Technicians are experienced, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate Chris feedback and I will certainly contact them again if and when there is a problem with the garage doors!

Special thanks to Jason Rodriguez for another outstanding service experience troubleshooting my garage door problem. My Liftmaster motor was intermittently working on 3 different remotes. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable, and after performing a series of tests, he determined that a board level failure had occurred. He installed a new board, reprogrammed the remotes, and tested. Problem solved!

Jason and his team came out to fix a broken spring on our garage door. Everything from the individual who set the appointment to the repair was professional and timely. Jason called us on his way and arrived on time. We had to get our classic car started and moved out of the garage to give him room but they waited patiently and then set about doing a quick repair.
