I've used Precision Door in the past at my previous residence so at my current residence when my garage door spring decided to break I knew exactly who to call. The tech John B. came out the same day and replaced all of the critical moving parts plus a lifetime warranty as long as I own the home for under $700. That my friends is a bargain!! I tell everyone that has a garage door issue to call Precision Door first. Precision Door won't disappoint and they will meet your expectations. I'll be calling them back soon to upgrade my garage door opener. To Precision Door and John B. thank you for the continued excellent service.

Our door stopped working on a Saturday morning. A piece broke off and I knew I could not fix it. I sent an email that morning requesting service. I received a call first thing on Monday. Then the tech called two hours early and had some spare time. He was done before the original appointment time! I love their service and the ease in which they operate.

I bought a new house and had issues with the wall door opener Matt and his co-worker, repair the wall door opener quickly and assisted me changing keypad master code and I was able to purchase 4 new remotes from Matt which he showed me how to program too. The Precision Reps were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and successful helping me to resolve all my issues. Matt also explained why the manual unlock cord was not letting the door go back on track, because I had pulled the cord in the wrong direction. Great staff!

I called Precision Door because it had initially installed the garage door. I had an issue with the key pad. The tech arrived at the time Precision Door said he would. Also, the tech called me to say when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I immediately thought, good customer service. When the Tech Jason arrived, he explained everything and quickly resolved the issues I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also inspected the door and found everything in good condition. He sprayed a lubricant on the door and rollers. 100% good customer service and a very reasonable price. I say reasonable because I have used other garage companies in the past at a previous house. They don't even compare to Precision Door. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends. Thanks.

I have used Precision a couple of times in the past. Scott came out to repair our garage door opener. I thought it might need to be replaced, but Scott checked the unit and said that it could be repaired. He did an excellent job and we're pleased that it didn't need replacement yet. He was informative and personable while handling the repair. Couldn't ask for a better job!

I have used Precision in the past. Great company, always great service and right on time. Jason my tech went over my problems and came to a great solution. I have used other companies in the past, I am telling you I read reviews, word of mouth is best advice. If you are having garage door issues or need a new install this is the company to go with.
