The Technician was very professional courteous and knowledgeable regarding my garage door issues. Aaron explained in detail what replacements were needed and demonstrated the reasons I had problems. Precision Doors is great. The springs broke on our garage and caused one of our vehicles to be stuck in the garage. Precision was able to accommodate and send someone that day to repair it. Ben provided excellent service.

My repair was on short notice; the company scheduled me the next day. When Ben arrived, he explained what the cause of the problem was and repaired it with ease. I was surprised that the repair amount was within my budget; very affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or replaced.
