8-2017 Precision door quality service begins with the receptionist. She is polite as she schedules an appointment to best fit your specific circumstances. I knew the name of the individual coming, Rick. He arrived at the appointed time. Most importantly I felt save.

First, I had garage door installed 18+ years ago with excellent price and service. I have had NO problem with this product. Second, I lost 2nd remote. I chose to have technician Ben W for service call. He contacted me & came early. He professionally BRIEFLY offered upgrades. Within 10 minutes I had my remote. He offered to sync my car ( not available on old car:) I HIGHLY recommend this company for product and service.

Discovered via Google First contact was very professional given an appt time I then rec'd an email with pictures of their technicians bio I was able to see him before he actually arrived. He called and stated he could arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the work. And was I happy it was repaired sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

Called when our door got stuck open; Precision came first thing next week, conveniently for us. We ended up replacing our broken 15 year old opener with a brand new setup, and couldn't be happier. We got more than we expected and our garage door is smooth and efficient now. Techs even adjusted and fixed a few other issues, and bought us some more time before we'll need a new door. Y'all had done a great job replacing a busted spring recently, so we had no hesitation calling back. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision; you do great work at a good price!

After dealing with overpriced shade-tree Sharks for Garage door repair and parts, I finally called Precision in 2014. My garage door was fixed perfectly , the price was less than 75 bucks, and this year I replaced my old 1996 chain drive Genie with a Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener and ,, it was cheaper than I had expected! Everyone from Dispatch to the Technicians are kind, punctual,and knowledgeable! So why would you want to go anywhere else? They are a 5 star accredited business in my book!! FYI, The liftmasters openers with MyQ technology is awesome! I use my smartphone to open,close my garage door...But it closes on its on after a set amount of time that you have programmed, just in case you drive off and forget to close it~~

Since I was out of town at the time of installation of the new door I did not see the door get installed. However, my wife was home, and she says that the guys were curious, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and that the door worked great. When I got home from my trip, I concur with my wife. Called Saturday morning and Michael arrived on time as stated. Installed new spring and got door working properly. Even helped install roller I had. Great repair price and even honored coupon I had. Will use in the future most definitely. Very professional. Repairs done quickly and accurate. 5 Star service.
