My service was offered to come that same afternoon but I was not going to be home and it was scheduled the very next day. My service Technician, Roger Emmerson, called me to let me know what time he would be there and arrived at that exact time. He listened to what my problem was and immediately took care of the issue very quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. Josh knows a garage door and components, what each one does and handles his job with deserved confidence. While here, I had him replace the rubber at bottom of door. He checked everything over, making adjustments where needed. If all repairmen worked as he does, we wouldn't have problems. I was very impressed with his work and will recommend him. He did much more than install a lost or misplaced an opener.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and I was able to book a time that was convenient. Casey was the technician who came out. He was awesome; very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to tell me my options. He explained everything clearly which made it very easy to make a decision. The installation went great. His attention to detail impressed me. 5 stars all around! Highly recommended.

My garage door started giving me problems. I had used Precision at my previous residence so I called today and Casey was at my house the same afternoon. He found the problem quickly and had it repaired soon after. Nice, professional. Showed me that the rollers should be replaced but left that up to me. No pushy sales talk. I had them replaced to prevent later problems. I was super happy the door didn’t need replacing. Thanks Casey & Precision Garage Doirs!
