My garage door was heavy to raise manually during the power outage and it wouldn’t stay open. I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Doors in the past, so it was a no brainer to call them. John Pugh called to make sure that it was convenient for him to come early for our appointment. He immediately found the broken spring, replaced both springs and was done in approximately 30 minutes. I contacted Precision to schedule a technician to come out and replace a broken garage door spring. We scheduled for the next morning between 8 - 10 am. I received a call from Dillon at 8:15 that he would be at the house in 10-15 min. They showed up by 8:30 and he indicated it would take about 20-30 min. He replaced both springs, per their recommendation, and was completed before 9:00 am. I was told in advance of about how much it was, and although I felt it was a bit pricing, they lived up to the stated expectations.

Service was EXPEDIENT and EFFICIENT. Technician Josh came in earlier than the appointment and was quite calm and direct. He seemed to know in advance to go directly to the source of the problem, and he most certainly was correct. Ground Fault socket had tripped the garage opener socket! When I needed help with a nonworking garage door, I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the following day. Technician Jason Rodriguez arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly found a broken carriage module on the opener chain drive. Looking through usual avenues of supply, he found the part was no longer available and without it the entire assembly would have to be replaced. This would have been costly and time consuming. But Jason persisted in his search until finding an alternate source. Once the part arrived, he returned and did the repair then lubricated the chain drive and tested the system, insuring it performed to factory specifications. The entire process had gone smoothly, quickly, and at low cost. Of all the repairmen I have worked with over the years none have been more focused on doing the job right than Jason. From the moment he first arrived until finishing the job, he was attentive to doing what was best for the customer. I highly recommend Jason Rodriguez and Precision Door Service of Memphis.
