Precision Garage Door replaced my entire garage door and motor. The set up a 4 hour window. The crew showed up on time and got the job done in 90 minutes. Very impressed. The only negative was greasy and oily hand prints were left on the garage door and the frame of the house where the wireless keypad was installed. Wished the crew had cleaned that up. Otherwise, great job and I would recommend this company.

As always, when dealing with this company, the customer service is unsurpassed. We requested an appointment late Sunday afternoon and were given an appointment for the next day. The technician called the next morning to let us know that he was working ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. This was great for us. We immediately received a text from the company with the tech's name, information and picture. Much appreciated. The job was quickly completed at a reasonable rate and we were advised of steps we could take to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Very pleased and satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door.

In every aspect of the phrsae... "fantastic job". I had just arrived home approximately 1:00 PM last Saturday, pulled into the garage and closed the door. Bam... Spring and cable break. I called the service center and was told it would be 6 - 8 PM before a tech could arrive. I no sooner that I had hung up, Ben White called and said he was on his way. He assessed the situation, explained in detail our options and I signed the work order. It was a matter of minutes it seemed when he came back into the house stating the work was complete. I do not believe in Elves but my wife and I could not believe that in such a very short period of time one technician did what he did. He reviewed all the he did, explained the warranty, thanked us for calling Precision and left with a handshake. That was a most pleasant experience to an emergency call on a Saturday I have ever had. Ben is truly an asset to your company. He serves you well. I still think ha had some elves in his tool bag though. Fantastic job.

I had an extremely positive experience with Precision Garage Doors. I was on the fence of whether or not I needed a new door or could repair the existing one. My technician, Kevin Ellison, helped put me at ease by doing a full 24 point inspection on the door and diagnosing some of the issues he noticed. He always was very patient and explained the different types of doors and motors and provided me with a range of different options to help me make my decision. I walked away from the experience feeling confident in my decision to replace the garage door and also with a better understanding of garage doors in general and routine maintenance and upkeep.

I took the first appointment I could get which was 6-8pm. Brandon called at 4pm to say he could be there earlier if I was available. He arrived within the hour, explained the situation, fixed it and was done within 20 minutes. Very pleased!

We’ve used Precision in the past when our other garage door was malfunctioning, and have been very pleased with how well that door has continued to operate. When the door on the other side of the garage stopped working this week, it was an easy decision to call Precision out again.
