Brandon was very professional, courteous, polite and answered all questions/concerns I had about my garage door and its components. Brandon gave me a detailed explanation about the wear and tear of components of the garage door (i.e. springs, bearings, etc.) to assist me in determining when to replace these components. I truly appreciate the service and work that Brandon performed on my garage door and the quickly scheduling of this appointment by Precision Door. The customer service rep who took my call was also attentive and displayed a professional attitude. My apologies for forgetting her name. :(

Service call was for a broken garage door spring, in less than 2 hours of placing the service call, Matt McNatt took the call and replaced both springs and put eight new rollers (no charge for rollers for purchase of two new springs) on our door in under 30 minutes. He was very professional, performed the job quickly and did a great job. We will definitely recommend this company to others and use them again in the future.

The Technician was very professional courteous and knowledgeable regarding my garage door issues. Aaron explained in detail what replacements were needed and demonstrated the reasons I had problems.
