Always professional, courteous and willing to help. Precision will not shy away from helping you out with smaller jobs and they charge when it's fair to charge. If they can make a problem manageable without replacement or extensive contract work, they will do that. In my case, that kind of fair-minded attitude towards the work involved has earned my loyalty. They hire good guys around whom I'm very comfortable. We have a replacement door coming b/c ours broke. They have been very fair on price too.

Matt is a competent service and repair technician. I thank him for his care and concern. Based on his review and recommendations, I am going to go ahead with the installation of a new door. I placed my order shortly before I sent you this message, for A "GOOD" quality door, ($847), and made the deposit for it, while also asking for the refund of the service call back to me, as stated by both Matt and Colby, your office employee. I hope the installation to be completed as "ordered" and "specified" to Matt and then, to Colby. I expect the installation to be done by March 6, 2018, Tuesday, preferably by 11:00 AM. Having stupidly run into my partially raised garage door, Precision Doors came out on short notice and got the door back on track so I could get my vehicles in and out. Since the door was pretty badly damaged, and it was a four-panel door instead of 5 panel, and it was white instead of almond (house trim), I decided to replace both doors with new ones. Aaron was quick to get the door back in service and had already anticipated all of the potential scenarios, from replacing a few panels to replacing the doors. He was full prepared and it only took a few minutes to make a decision to replace both my single and double garage door. The team that came two days later to do the installation was well prepared and very professional. They got the new doors up and running in 4-5 hours, answered all of my questions about future maintenance and lubrication, and suggest that I caulk the outside of the trip when the weather warms up a little. They cleaned up after themselves fully and took away all of the damaged products. It was a pleasure to do business with Precision. All invoices and payment were handled on an ipad with a virtually instantaneous email of the work order and invoice. Overall a very pleasant experience (other than the part about damaging the garage door in the first place.

I had garage door replaced in Oct 2017. However a bolt must have come loose and door would not open and close. Aaron Stewart came out to make repair and was very helpful in not just making repair but went beyond call of duty. He explained and showed me why I might need motor replaced before long. He was very helpful, meticulous, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use him again.

The Precision techs, Aaron and Timothy, were wonderful. They were prompt (even a little early), courteous, and efficient. Every cost was explained thoroughly, and there was no high-pressure sales pitch to buy extras. They told me what was wrong with my garage door opener and a few other parts and gave me some different options for repair/replacement with a cost analysis. The job was done expertly within an hour or so. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has any garage door issues.

Both of my garage doors gave out at the same time - on a Saturday! Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and a very pleasant person promised that someone would come out to check the doors between 6 and 8 pm on Saturday night. Sure enough, Rick called ahead to let us know when he was going to arrive and he arrived just as promised. Both of my garage doors needed work but one needed a major overhaul. Rick dug right in and got it done. It was as hot as blazes in the garage and he worked late on a Saturday night but he did a great job! I will definitely call again and ask for Rick.
