He installed a new opener and also installed new door hardware. When he was finished, he went through all the operations of the door, including the wall entry, remotes, and WiFi options.

We called today to have a minor repair on our garage door. The technian,Matt, came earlier than our appointment but he called first. He did the repair quickly and to our complete satisfaction. He was friendly as well as efficient. We have used Precision door over the years to repair our very old door that was original to the house , and finally to purchase a new door . We have been satisfied on all occasions with both the service and the cost. I give them 5 stars and recommend them without reservation

Eric Kee came out today and measured my door area and suggested what type of door and motor to get. He reviewed all the pricing and gave me the features and benefits of each door and motor. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all very professionally and made me feel that I was making the correct choice. He arranged to have Wes come and install the door and motor at a time that worked best for me. He explained how it would be installed and how the old materials would be disposed. I'm glad I chose Precision and would recommend them highly from my experiences.

I learned of Precision Door through Angie's List. I called in the morning and by mid afternoon my garage doors were repaired and functioning safely and properly. I received an appointment confirmation. The crew called before they came and I was happy that they arrived earlier than scheduled. They quickly accessed the problems and had all repairs done in a short period of time. They told me what, why & how much. A roller had jumped out of the track, track out of line, screws on brace bar were stripped, belt would slip because there was no belt cap. The safety sensors needed replacing. They put stickers with contact info near the garage door operating button and gave me a magnet which is on the frig. Payment transaction was efficient. I received an email of the receipt and warranty and a report of what was done. Very professional. I will highly recommend Precision Door.

Our 30 year old opener died. I called Presision and got an appointment for the service call on the morning I was free. The technician called before he came and arrived on time. He gave two options and quoted the price, then put in the new motor and cable. All in all we are very satisfied. This is my third time using Presicion (new springs in 2012 and a new door in 2015), and we have had the same great service each time
