Thru Angies List I bought a $99 Quiet Garage Door Roller Replacement PLUS Tune-up and 25-point Safety Inspection! This is exactly what was done with no unexpected "surprises". They were on time and very courteous. Took time to demonstrate and explain things. I would use them again!

Precision Door did an outstanding job on my garage door. It was noisy and creeky and I thought it might just fall right off. They game and replaced the springs and rollers. All you hear now is the garage door opener. Many thanks!!

What a refreshing experience! Our neighborhood covenants suggest garage doors to be closed as much as possible. My neighbor recently had Precision service his door and I had the opportunity to meet that technician, very friendly. Last week when my door refused to close, I immediately thought of Precision. I was able to schedule a service call the same day and Jon arrived promptly. Preparing for an expensive repair or replacement, Jon indicated that I had loose connection on the sensor and made the repair. He also lubricated the door for quieter operation. The minimum service charge was less than filling up your car! Very professional, thumbs up to Precision!

Precision had the most prominent ad in Yellow Pages under garage doors. The phone receptionist was courteous and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The technician showed up when the appointment was scheduled and the garage door was fixed in a timely manner.

After calling all of the Angie's List garage door companies that had A ratings, I decided on Precision Door because they were the most helpful and descriptive about their products. They use only the best quality doors and not a generic in-house brand. They also offer a lifetime warranty for an extra charge which includes higher quality materials and 24 hour on site service, which we opted for. I saved 10% by using the web coupon on their we site, which made their higher quality garage doors comparable in price to the lower quality doors that others are selling. Precision Door is who I will recommend to all my neighbors. Superior quality, competitive prices and they were a pleasure to deal with over the hone and during the installation at my home. A+
