We have always used Precision since purchasing our house 10 years ago. The employees are all very polite and very professional. I also like the coupons we receive in the mail, the same day service and how the repair is always spot on without ever trying to sell all new goods. I had a garage door emergency last night. Upon calling Precision, I was scheduled for an appointment today between 2 & 4 PM. Brandon called me about 1 PM today asking if he could come early to fix our garage door. I SAID YES! Brandon arrived about 1:15 PM. Some rollers needed to be repaired and some preventative maintenance as well. Brandon was professional, fixed our problem quickly and was very courteous. The cost of the service call was very reasonable when you consider it was an emergency. I would definitely use Precision again.

I selected your company from the Yellow Pages. Your technician replaced broken spring on door on Saturday, November 30. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. I appreciate your willingness to do the work on Saturday morning since I was in a position with one car inside the garage and one in the driveway (we needed to use both cars). Eric Kee came by on Wednesday, December 4 to make some adjustments to the lift (door would not go all of the way down). Both of your technicians we very courteous and professional. I give both of them a 5.

Tech performed annual safety inspection and made adjustments to the drive chain and track alignment. the door operates much smoother. He also helped me set the code in a keypad that I installed last week. Tech is an outstanding rep for Precision Door.

Very professional installation. We waited 2 weeks for a door that matched trim color of house--worth the wait as it looks great and we avoided the task of painting. Rick was our installer. He is fabulous. I'd recommend you ask for him.
