I had a unique repair issue with my garage door. The service person arrived on time. Roger did an excellent job of analyzing and implementing a fix for the mechanics of the door. I would give Roger 5 stars for his customer service and the way he represented Precision Door. Good job Roger and Precision Door.

This service was a complimentary annual check since the installation of a new door. The service technician, Payton, was knowledgeable and detailed with his inspection. I would highly recommend him. the garage door opener key pad which was installed in January 2023 unexplainedly stopped working. A technician from PDS replaced the defective unit and reprogrammed our 3 remote openers. the repair was done promptly and ahead of the scheduled appointment time. we have used PDS in the past and would recommend them without reservation. also, the person who took our call to schedule the work had a refreshingly pleasant attitude which, when it happens - and it's not too common by the way - reflects on the high quality of the company.
