I called Friday afternoon late because of a broken spring (Noon-emergency), and they were out Monday morning at 8:30. Replaced the springs, checked out the door and was gone by 9:00. That's service!!! I have used Precision Door in the past and always pleased.

Calling Precision for an appointment was easy peasy (they had my info from last time I used their services a decade ago). The technician Scott was punctual (actually an hour early! so refreshing!), professional, friendly, answered my questions about preventative work, explained the options for repairs and pricing within minutes and completed the job within an hour. Installed 2 torsion springs instead of 1, replaced old ball rollers with nylon rollers, replaced ends and center bearing brackets. Garage door is now so much quieter when opening and closing. Plus a 5-year warranty! Precision work indeed!

the garage door opener key pad which was installed in January 2023 unexplainedly stopped working. A technician from PDS replaced the defective unit and reprogrammed our 3 remote openers. the repair was done promptly and ahead of the scheduled appointment time. we have used PDS in the past and would recommend them without reservation. also, the person who took our call to schedule the work had a refreshingly pleasant attitude which, when it happens - and it's not too common by the way - reflects on the high quality of the company.
