Precision Door has been the company we go to for our garage door and electric gate for years. The technicians are polite, through in their work and explain what is needed and why in a way you can understand. The prices are competitive. We would not use anyone else.

My garage opener quit working and would not open. When the technician Jason R arrived he got to work right away troubleshooting. The circuit board in our unit was fried by an electrical surge. He replaced it and had it working in a jiffy. He explained in detail what happened and took the time to reset all of our remotes. He also provided instructions on how we could reset them after a battery failure. Excellent service!!

Aaron was very courteous and efficient in repairing our garage door. He maintained his distance and wore a mask during these COVID-19 times. He was running ahead of schedule that day and was several hours early. You could tell that he enjoys what he does and checked out our door thoroughly as he was making repairs. There are two reasons why I selected Precision Door for garage door maintenance. I got a Precision Door Service coupon from ValPak and a family member recommended Precision Door Service. Good decision. Aaron, the technician, texted and called saying he could arrive early, which worked out well for me. Besides being a personable fellow, Aaron was efficient and knowledgeable. I understood why he arrived early. Aaron knew what he was doing. This is a 20 foot wide door and Aaron had the springs tightened, tuned up all the hinges and bolts holding them, then replaced all the rollers in about 45 minutes. This included some good advice about my door and some bids for future work. I intend to replace the garage door when the driveway is repaired. I wanted to know how this company worked before making larger commitments. I had a problem with the invoice which, I caused. I forgot to provide the coupon when I was paying for the service. I called the next day and the company is honoring the coupon. My take is that the company has excellent technicians and is operated with equally competent and considerate management. I'm going with Precision Door Service when I replace my garage door.

Aaron came back today and had to replace the circuit board. He is such a nice young man and a credit to your business. Even though I hated to have to replace the circuit board as it had been replaced last August, I at least know it was necessary and trust Aaron’s judgment.

Excellent experience. It was Sunday afternoon and door went off track and cars were trapped in garage. Called Precision and they were here in 2 hours.
