Called this morning at 8:15 expecting to hear it would be days to get my door fixed. The rep on the phone was awesome and told me someone could be here between 11-1 on the same day! Matt (service tech) called and said he was on his way….at 10 am!!! That is what you call quick service! He fixed what was broken in a jiffy! Could not have had a better experience with this group!! Our experience with Precision Doors was excellent and top-notch from beginning to end. During the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, I could tell that Precision was all about customer service and that it would be a pleasure doing business with them. This was further shown through technician Nathan Burns. Nathan was on time (in fact arrived earlier than scheduled) and really took the time to explain what repairs were needed and why they were needed. Nathan completed the repairs quickly and even gave us recommendations on our other garage door. As stated earlier, the experience was great from beginning to end. We will use Precision for any future issues and will definitely recommend to others.

We called yesterday late afternoon as our garage door stopped working. Precision Door was able to give us an appointment for the next day at 10:00am, which was very quick. Updates and confirmations were provided throughout the morning. Ben called and said that he would be early and asked is this was OK. Ben actually arrive 45 minutes early and had the work completed in approximately one hour. Ben's work was outstanding and he clearly explained the costs, work performed and other pertinent information on our garage door. Ben was very professional and outgoing. We have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

Wow! most impressed with the work to repair my garage door opener. Neat clean technicians who are knowledgeable and get the job done right. Door opener is an older one but no one even mentioned “maybe you need a new one”. They actually fixed it and I was happy. Their website is great and has all info you need. This is the first place to call when you need door service.

We called at 8 pm. My garage door was fixed by 3 pm the next day. Let me mention that it was Thanksgiving! We really appreciate the quick response. It was fixed in less than 20 minutes upon arrival. Everyone involved was helpful!

Really transparent and easy to schedule. Matt did great job. Emergency service fee was a little hefty....but they came on a Sunday morning within 45 min of calling, so nothing to complain about with that attentiveness.

5 stars for Matt and the company's service. Professional on time skillful and polite. Had phone contact difficulty with phones for Lakeland Memphis and Bartlett but Bartlett connected. Told receptionist and she said you would check it out. Could hinder you receiving calls as it rang and then a void. Then one rang interrupted with message conversation may be recorded rang and then void. Bartlett rang interrupted about recording then rang but this time answered. Didn't try the Germantown number so it may be Ok. Thanks JMP.

After losing a spring, Precision came out last Fall and did an excellent job replacing parts and installing a whole new garage door kit... springs, rollers, cable, etc. Last week, the door suddenly came off the track and was hanging open. I immediately called Precision and was happy to hear they could come out that day. Not only did they quote me a time frame that began 2.5 hours from the time of my call, but the technician had been in the area and was at my house 30 minutes later! Matt was great, realigning and adjusting everything until he and I were both satisfied that the door was operating smoothly and even quieter than before. The best part was that it was covered by the warranty that came with the initial kit I purchased.... so no additional cost. Very happy with Precision and the fact that they stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend!
