Your technician, Jason Rodriguez, arrived on time and with plenty of notice that he was on the way. He took appropriate time to assess the situation and gave me options on how he could deal with it. First of all, my father and brother were named Lowell. Although the problem was minor and something I should have noticed, my technician made me aware of some things I did not know. I immediately wrote them down so I could refer to them when something goes wrong before calling you. He made sure that I was aware of the problem and checked several times to make sure everything was working properly. If he got a grade it would be A+ or on a scale of 1-10, it would definitely be a 10. Thank you for having the emergency hours. I was concerned about my door being opened all night.

The whole process was done very professionally. I was given three choices of what could be accomplished and decided on a full overhaul. My door was changed from single spring to a double double spring setup, all the bearings were replaced. New cables were attached. Two new springs installed and new quieter rollers were put on. Door runs very smoothly now. John B. Was very efficient and didn’t mind me watching the whole fascinating procedure. Thanks so much for making what seemed a big problem turn out to be so simple!
