I was exceptionally pleased with the repair work--it's not easy to do what they had to do, and they were very creative to find a way to accomplish the tasks. Chris and Zach could not have been nicer, more honest, more professional, and more instructive about the job they had to do. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely satisfied with the job that the technician Payton provided! The gentleman arrived on time and thoroughly assessed my garage door and provided a quick solution! I feel that Payton went above and beyond! I've never had an issue with a garage door before so this is my first experience, but based off of the service provided by this professional I guarantee you I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever have an issue in the future!

I have used Precision Door Service for the last three years - from installing a new battery backup Liftmaster, to replacing a keypad, to normal maintenance (oiling the rollers and tracks). They come at a minutes notice, always on time. Their technicians are friendly and professional. Their cost is reasonable.

This was one of the highest rated companies by the local BBB. I also recalled the color green, and I associated it with this company. The young man that was sent was very knowledgeable and experienced, based on what was done. He told and showed me what he going to do and gave me a general time frame to complete the job. He did exactly what he said and showed me exactly what he did. Great job! Roll Tide!

I am grateful. You solved my problem. For me, it's the person doing the work that makes or breaks an experience, and Roger earned my trust. He was informative, patient with me as he explained me my options, and worked quickly. Considering the short time it took to do what I thought was a large job, Roger and Precision exceeded my expectations.
