I had the pleasure of having Mr. Jason Rodriguez as my technician on 11/12/2021 for my garage door. When I say Precision is AWESOME, I received same day service which is a plus for me. Mr. Rodriguez was very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized my problem in 10 minutes. The repair took less than an hour. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis!!! They are wonderful!

I called for service this morning and Scott Panaia was at my house around 1:30 that afternoon and replaced the trolley on the garage door. The price was reasonable for the part and the service. Scott was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and the job was completed within 30 minutes. Booked an appointment for the next morning, Michael came early, saw the problems right away, said he could fix it in 20 minutes, had the necessary parts on the truck, gave me the price on the spot, fixed it, did additional maintenance on the door for free, explained the 1 year warranty on the repair. All together an A+ job that could not have been better. My hats is off to this company.

John made not only replaced the broken spring of my garage door, but he noticed a frayed cable that prevented my door from setting level to the ground. After the repairs, my door not only works perfectly, for the first time in a very long time, the door doesn't rattle and shake. John answered all my questions and I am happy to say, I will be upgrading my garage motor on Monday, simply because of the information John provided me about their new motors with battery backup. It's an uncomfortable feeling being stranded outside with all my doors locked as I nearly was this weekend and I don't want that to happen again. Looking forward to seeing John again on Monday.
