I would like to thank Precision Door for the wonderful service they provided to my family and me. We were worried about our garage door being out of service and when I called and explained my situation to the lady who answered the phone, I felt at peace at that point. The technician who she dispatched, Jason Rodriguez, called ahead of the appointment time to inform that he was on his way. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Polite and very courteous. Did a great job. As a company, I would email a copy of invoice to customer once the installer returned to shop. Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

The service I received was clear, efficient and well done. I was able to get a service call very quickly for an assessment of my garage door opener and then a replacement in advance of my scheduled appointment the next day. Ben was respectful and skilled and I was impressed with his knowledge and manner. I love the way the new garage door opener functions. Precision Door Service sent out a guy named Kevin to fix our garage door (it's main spring had busted). He quickly fixed the garage door, but what really impressed me was his courtesy and professionalism. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved our interaction with him. The door was fixed for a fair price, and it works perfectly now.

There was an evening opening the very day I called, the technician was early, identified the issue immediately, found a broken part, gave me the option of completing other age related maintenance, and all the while explained everything he found, and simply taught me about the door and it’s parts so I could be more knowledgeable. Great Customer Service! I called on Wednesday, and they came out the next day. We replaced our garage door opener system and rollers. Jason was awesome! He explained everything I wanted to know and installed our new system right away. New opener, new belt (replaced chain), new rollers. We're definitely satisfied customers. Thanks!
