I had used another company for years but couldn’t reach them or get calls returned. I called Precision because they could come out the same day I called. Most companies wanted to add an extra charge to come on Saturday, but not Precision. I called in the morning and Michael F. was there by the afternoon. He was very personal and knows his stuff. Thanks Michael and Precision.

The spring broke on my door Friday. Call the 24 hour call center for Precision and received a appointment for Saturday morning. The technician was courteous and did a thorough check of the door before beginning the repair.

Some of my garage door rollers came off track and I was desperate to have it repaired. I saw on the web that Precision had 24 hour customer service. I called around 6:30 this morning and Matt was here around 9:30, much earlier than I expected. He checked out the door and explained the problem and cost to repair. He was finished in a very short time.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We received multiple messages advising of the appointment status which was very nice. Matt McNatt was the technician and did a great job silencing our screeching garage door. He was even able to arrive early and had a great can-do attitude! The only downside is now we are thinking about options he showed us to replace the door for an updated look.....sigh..... I'm always impressed by the high number of positive reviews that a company receives, plus it's the second time I've called on them for service. My service technician Ben was very professional, courteous and thorough by explaining options for service requested and recommended service that might be needed. He completed the service work in under an hour which was why it was even more perfect when he called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok that he could arrive earlier, which worked out great for me. Most definitely 5 star service!!! Aaron arrived within 30 minutes after getting request for emergency service on a Sunday morning. Aaron was very professional, efficient and courteous. He introduced himself and within minutes diagnosed the problem, explaining that the spring needed to be replaced and roller bearings were showing wear. He offered option of 3 levels of repair from basic to replacement of all moving parts and cable. I felt well informed and chose the best option for me. The entire job completed in 45 minutes!!!!
