I found Precision on Google search and noticed they had close to 5 star rating. They lady on the phone was very nice and courteous and my appointment was scheduled next day to repair my garage door. Nathan, the technician called to let me know he could be here early and once he go here, he informed me of the issue; gave me several options for repair; fixed everything in an hour and a half. I would like to thank Precision Door for the wonderful service they provided to my family and me. We were worried about our garage door being out of service and when I called and explained my situation to the lady who answered the phone, I felt at peace at that point. The technician who she dispatched, Jason Rodriguez, called ahead of the appointment time to inform that he was on his way. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. So proud to have a company like Precision Door Service who cares about there business. Thank you so much for taking care of us. Paul and Yolonda Neely

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Polite and very courteous. Did a great job. As a company, I would email a copy of invoice to customer once the installer returned to shop. Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

The service I received was clear, efficient and well done. I was able to get a service call very quickly for an assessment of my garage door opener and then a replacement in advance of my scheduled appointment the next day. Ben was respectful and skilled and I was impressed with his knowledge and manner. I love the way the new garage door opener functions. Since my last was old, this new one is delightfully less noise with some safeguards included! Thank you, Ben and Precision!

Precision Door Service sent out a guy named Kevin to fix our garage door (it's main spring had busted). He quickly fixed the garage door, but what really impressed me was his courtesy and professionalism. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved our interaction with him. The door was fixed for a fair price, and it works perfectly now.
