I received an garage opener upgrade for my older unit. The work is top quality and the service was professional. I was informed of every available option before installing my new garage door opener. Also I was informed who my technician will be at arrival. Mike was very knowledgeable, fast and helpful with the mobile/phone setup. I called and researched a few companies and I highly recommend Precision for any garage services. -Thanks

Kudus to Precision Door. I had originally called in explaining that the opener worked from the wall switch, but not from the remote. The technician examined the garage door opener, one that has been in service for about 50 years, and tried, to no avail, to get my non-working remotes back to working. He then tried one that he had on hand. Nothing worked and since my garage has LED lamps, installing a separate transmitter would not work. He carefully reviewed the available options and had the company Email me an explanation of the options. I haven’t made up my mind, since the wall switch stills works, but his thorough evaluation and is much appreciated. If I do decide to go with a new opener, I will choose this company.

Ben was amazing! He was professional, courteous and fast! Everything he said about our current garage mechanisms was sooo true. Our garage was constructed over 10 years ago and needed an overhaul on springs, rollers and cables. Thanks for the great work. I highly recommend Ben and Precision. You will not be disappointed.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4p and Brandon was there at 4:05, not to mention that it was a same day appointment on a Saturday, who even gives service like that anymore? Brandon explained everything at the outset and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout. What I thought would take 2 hours, only took him 35 minutes. I would not only recommend Precision to others, but would personally dial their phone for them. I can’t say enough great things about both Brandon and Precision Door...it’s a shame this only goes up to 5 stars.

I had a spring break on my garage door and Precision was out that same day to fix it. They also did some needed maintenance to the door and now it not only works (new spring) but is quiet and seems faster! Thanks!

I was very pleased with your company. My garage door and opener was 23 years old. In the 10 years I’ve lived in my house, I had several repairs to my door and opener by a competitor of yours. They were slow to respond and “grouchy” to work with. This last incident with my door, we called them again. They didn’t answer the phone so we called Precision late in the afternoon. Your technician responded that day, got my door back on the rails and ordered me a replacement in a friendly, professional and personal manner. Two days later, my new door was installed by two other technicians, who again friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend your company.
