We heard about Precision when you replaced a garage door for friends. They are picky customers and raved about you! Our tech was wonderful. Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. That is a real pain when you're trying to leave for work. Matt came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and super nice. Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. It works better now and I'm glad they was honest with me. Thanks to Carrie for sending such an outstanding guy. Ben and Matt showed such professionalism and represented Precision really well.
