Ben was our tech and his services were excellent! Our appointment was between 10am-12pm. He called around 8:35am to come by to take a look at our garage door (which was excellent). They came by around 8:45am and it took them 15-20 minutes to fix it! I will for sure contact you guys to replace our old one very soon! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

My garage door broke as I was opening it during the night. I called Precision Doors first thing the next morning. They had someone at my house that morning. They secured the door because it wasn't fixable. When I was called to set up the install I told them of my extenuating circumstances and they were able to take care of our needs. When they had finished with the install I was shown how I need to maintain my new door. It was such a pleasure to do business with this company. I picked this company based on the reviews I read.

One side of the motor on my garage door had come loose from the ceiling and needed to be repaired. A young man named Aaron Stewart came out to take care of this for me. He was supposed to be here between 12 and 2 and he called me about 11:30 and said he was running early and asked if it would be possible for him to come early. I told him that would be wonderful. I had to be somewhere at 2 p.m. so I was glad to have him come early. He arrived and was very nice and polite. He could see right away that the problem was what I had told them but he checked the door out thoroughly to make sure there were no other problems. When the door was installed, the screws holding up the motor were not put into a stud so he had to put them into a stud to keep that from happening again and then he had to cut down another piece on the frame. I was very impressed with his work and with his attitude. All in all it was a very good experience for me.

The gentleman who came to repair our garage door is Michael. He called ahead saying he could make it earlier than scheduled appointment time. We were thrilled. Lovely man. Totally professional, explained exactly what was wrong and what the fix would be and the cost. Very happy to have found Precision and Michael.

After 4 days of a power outage here in Memphis, my garage door malfunctioned and came off the hinges ,etc. I called precision door at 8:00, and had a technician on site at 10:09 (PJ). In no time flat he diagnosed my issues and promptly had me operational. Great Job!

Michael arrived early after calling first. All problems were identified and options discussed. He walked me through all the features of my new smart garage door opener. I've been a Precision Door customer since 2002. I've got an 18' wooden door and it is very heavy. It used to squeak, slam and make all kinds of scary noises until I called Precision Door. Chris Tucker did a great job today. He took time to show me where the wear and tear was on the garage door, discussed what he was going to do, and completed the job swiftly. He noticed that the original spring was not going to do the job with my heavy garage door and then installed a more durable one as well. He did not have to do that. I would not have known the difference...until it broke again. Rare level of service.

I came home yesterday and when I closed the garage door I heard a Big Bang. Went out and saw that one of the roller brackets had broken and the roller was laying on the floor. I called Precision to see about repairs and they said they could have someone out in about 3 hours. Right on time both Aaron and Ben arrived. They indicated they could fix problem but when I told them I thought the garage door was extremely loud I asked if garage door opener needed to be replaced. They evaluated that and said it was working fine but problem was probably with the rollers, bearings and springs. They gave me options to do the repairs and I chose the one I felt comfortable with. They went about doing the repairs and completed them in about an hour. When they opened my garage door I was totally schocked at how little noise the door was making. Their recommendations were correct and I couldn't be happier. If and when the opener goes out you can bet I will contact Precision Door to install a new. Very satisfied customer. Give them 5 stars.
