I got your number from the yellow pages after another company I had called did not show up, and I am so glad they didn't. The tech examined my door and pointed out what repairs were needed. Made suggestions for future performance. After replacing the broken parts, spring and hinges. The door was tested to insure performance. I was shown what repairs were made and what parts were used. I especially like the email appointment confirmation with a picture of the tech. From the initial phone call to the work being performed took only 1 1/2 hrs. Great customer service. Very professional. Precision Doors will be called in the future for any repairs needed.

brandon returned today and completed needed repairs. if i had called precision first i would never have sustained this recent damage. four weeks ago i called another company who installed springs that were too strong and subsequently caused chaos and the door came off one side. i will always call precision and ask for brandon if possible. thank you!

I bought an inspection through Angie's list. The technician came the next day which worked perfectly with my schedule. He explained what he was doing, and did exactly what I asked him to do to upgrade my remotes and install the keyless entry. It was refreshing working with Precision.
