I found your ad in the telephone directory. I was very impressed when you acknowledged my order and sent a photo of the young man who would be at my door. He was very polite and informed me that I had a broken cable and had it fixed within the hour! Thank you very much!

Eric could not have been more punctual or courteous. He was very informative and made suggestions as to improvements that could be made along with the repair. He also looked at our additional garage door and did the same. We could not have been happier with his service, knowlege and genuine good attitude. Please acknowlege his excellent representation of your company. We have and will recommend Eric Kee and Precision Door to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Please give my thanks to Technician, Eric. It is such a joy to be able close my door now without having to get out of the car. He knew immediately what the problem was and redirected the sun rays. I wish I could have gotten in touch with him sooner. I know now not to try to go through Bob since he is very slow about returning calls. Thank you so much for resolving my problem.

I was referred by a friend, Terry King, who also advised about available coupons. The service promptness, delivery, especially efficiency, and cost are of utmost importance to me. I received all of these by technician, Eric Kee. He was in and out before I knew it. (IT WAS VERY HOT!!) Thanks. I certainly will call again for your services. Repair: I knew a Spring was broken, and both were replaced as well as the Rollers.

The technician Eric Kee was extremely professional and helpful in assisting me in making the decision to get a new door. I originally called for a repair but his assessment was honest and sincere. He said he could fix the door in a short time but I would be better served to replace the door so that I can feel confident that I have something reliable. I have been in sales for a long time and know if someone is trying to pitch me. Eric was not pitching he was resolving. Thank you Eric for the excellent service.

I just submitted a review for Eric Choea which was meant for Eric Kee. Please transfer that review to Eric Kee. Eric Choea also assisted in installing the garage door for my home but Eric Kee was the initial technician. Eric Choea was also professional and helpful so he deserves part of the credit as well. Thanks again for the excellent service I am very happy with my new door.

The technician took his time and explained the problem to me. I would say that I have not been around such a nice, friendly, and polite technician in a very long time....if ever! I am very pleased with the service received. I will recommend Precision anytime.
