Professionalism, quality service, upgraded parts, and a discount. This is what it's all about! This company is spot on when it comes to the customer experience, and at a fair price. From my phone call to working with our technician, Shane, the experience was well worth me writing a positive review. We were scheduled for a 4 p.m. appointment, and Shane called at 2 p.m. asking if he could come early because he had finished his previous job quicker than expected. No waiting around like you would with the internet company. The job was completed in 45 mins, the door works great, and area was clean. Thanks Shane and Precision for providing the text book definition of customer service.

I’ve used Precision for at two homes and they have always been consistent and are not a “Hard sell” company. I have been in sales all of my life and I appreciate a company that supplies excellent information and allows me to make a decision with no pressure. Dillon personifies that professionalism. Good man!

Technician call 2 hours in advance, because some customer canceled a visit. I told him, he can do the job early. I knew he would find something else wrong. I called the company just for replace the torsion spring. He inspected the door, founding more worn-out parts. He recommends doing everything. Because I am technical people (Electronic Aviation technician), I approved the quote. I know, I spent more money at front, but it is worth it. He overhauled all mechanism. Very professional job. Now the garage door moves like new. Congratulation. Thank a lot Juan Carlos Conte

Technician Casey Lang arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, listened to my concerns, then worked for 1 1/2 hours in below freezing temperatures to repair it. He even went the extra mile to help me return items that I had moved to their original place. Doors work better than they have in years. A very pleasant and professional experience. Definitely recommend this company and would call them again!

Garage spring broke, but hour discovered after regular business hours. Googled local garage door repair sites and found Precision, who had a chat link opened. They could have a repair man on site, next day. Roger arrived ahead of schedule, wasted no time in fixing the door and replacing other needed parts, was personable and professional, and door is 'as good as new' in about half an hour. Well done!
